Yes, we offer domestic and international shipping to most countries. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

Please feel free to reach out to us prior to placing an order if you have shipping worries.


We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. 

Cash for in person pick up, business checks (depending on order) and Zelle also accepted.


Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


When placing an custom order we first get the details or quantity and timeframe of when the items are needed. We will issue a quote and once approved we will begin production. Currently our turnaround time is 2-7business days depending on the quantity of items.


Custom orders will be delivered or made available for pickup upon receipt of the full balance payment. Delivery is $0.62 a mile round trip or no delivery charge if we can meet at one of these locations

-Albertsons on Ina and La Cholla

-Walgreens on Twin Peaks and Coachline

-QT on Ina and Camino de la Tierra

-Walmart at i-10 and Cortaro (between the garden center and the automotive center, facing vantage west)


Return and Refund Policy

Terms of return: We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We do not accept returns on custom items.


Reason for return: In event the product arrives damaged or is the wrong item please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the products condition. We will address these on a case by case basis but will do our best to ensure a satisfactory solution.


Process for return: If you need to return something please contact us @ chaoscustomcreationsAZ@gmail.com so that we can arrange the return of the product.


Process of refund: The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable processing fees or costs incurred for materials and design work. All items must be returned in order for a refund to be processed.
